SM series

NANSIN SM antistatic casters suit trolleys for electronics, medical and measuring equipment. The 65 mm EME rubber wheel supports 51 kgf; the 100 mm BMO OCTRON polyurethane wheel supports 61 kgf. Carbon-free polyurethane leaves no marks and resists dust. S-1/S-2 brakes available.

SM Series Antistatic Casters

The SM series is designed to improve static control and dust prevention. By reducing static electricity, it helps reduce hazards caused by sparks. Choose from 65 mm rubber wheels and 100 mm OCTRON polyurethane wheels, with corresponding wheel brake versions available to suit equipment requirements.

Features

Reduce static-related hazards

Antistatic casters reduce static electricity and help reduce hazards caused by sparks. They are suitable for transporting equipment that may be affected by static interference.

EME rubber wheels | Color identification

The 65 mm EME antistatic rubber wheel is yellow and does not use carbon black, allowing identification and management by color.

BMO polyurethane wheels | Clean environments

The 100 mm BMO antistatic OCTRON polyurethane wheel contains no carbon, leaves no wheel marks, and resists dust pickup, making it suitable for environments that require cleanliness.

OCTRON polyurethane | Stable static dissipation

OCTRON polyurethane wheels have low dependence on humidity and provide stable static dissipation. This feature applies to the BMO polyurethane wheel versions.

Wheel brake options by wheel diameter

The 65 mm wheel is available with an S-1 brake, and the 100 mm wheel with an S-2 brake. Both brakes stop wheel rotation.
