NANSIN STM Series Antistatic Casters
NANSIN STM series antistatic swivel casters are available with rubber, polyurethane or OCTRON polyurethane wheels for equipment carts and transport trolleys that may be affected by static electricity. Select the specifications for your wheel material and diameter. S-2 wheel-brake and W-3 wheel-and-swivel brake versions are also available; see the three specification tables below.
Features
Reduce hazards caused by static electricity
Developed for antistatic and dust-control needs, these casters reduce static electricity to help reduce hazards caused by sparks.
Polyurethane wheels for clean environments
Antistatic polyurethane wheels contain no carbon, leave no wheel marks and resist dust accumulation, making them suitable for areas that require a clean environment.
Rubber wheels with yellow identification
Antistatic rubber wheels are yellow and contain no carbon black, allowing identification and management by color.
OCTRON: stable static-dissipation performance
OCTRON polyurethane wheels are less dependent on humidity and provide stable static-dissipation performance.
Applications
Equipment carts and transport trolleys for electronic components, medical equipment and measuring equipment that may be affected by static electricity. Antistatic polyurethane wheels can be selected for environments that require cleanliness.

① STM Swivel Type
Wheel materials: rubber (VAE/VSE), polyurethane (VUE) and OCTRON polyurethane (VUO). Catalog wheel diameters for VUO are 75–150 mm.
